What happens when you cancel
- No more charges Automatic renewal is turned off as soon as you confirm, so your card is not billed again.
- You keep what you paid for Premium access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid; nothing is cut short.
- On the 7-day intro trial? Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged the standard plan price.
Having trouble cancelling?
If anything in the flow fails (you can’t sign in, the portal won’t open, or you’re not sure the cancellation went through), write to us and a human will sort it out, usually within a day.
